Derin Court, Ibadan

DERIN Courts is a mixed development on 4.8 acres of land in the heart of Ibadan. The estate is located on Jemibewon Road, adjacent to Ibadan Golf Club and behind the famous Ibadan Recreation Club, Sabo, Ibadan.

The project is aimed at three different categories of markets, namely the lower upper, medium upper, and the upper income earners elite who are not interested in hassle living but require large space and comfort attributable to modern living.

As at today, 48 flats comprising of 2 bedrooms en-suite with guest toilet which is tastefully finished and furnished has been completed and sold.

Presently, the 6 units of 3 bedrooms en-suite flats is in the completion stage and it is expected to be sold out to medium upper income earners when fully finished and furnished. This does not form part of the project expected to be financed by the new Board of shareholders.

The completion of the present 6 flats and a pent house marked the conclusion of phase one of the project which is expected to accommodate 56 families.

The phase one has its own infrastructures comprising of industrial borehole, 500 KVA electricity transformer, generators, paved roads, green areas, children playground and swimming pool.

The second phase of the project which will comprise of 18 units of 4 bedrooms en-suite terrace houses with her own facilities and infrastructures inclusive of swimming pool, green areas, generators etc is available for financing in the new project program.
